America 250 Three-Gun Freedom Pre-Event Raffle Ticket. Three draws - Three Winners. Drawing to be held at Sandhills Friends of NRA Event on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at The Ward County Event Center, TX. **Raffle tickets are only available to local residents. **Online ticket buyers must pick up their tickets or make arrangements with a committee member to complete the purchase. **You do not need to present to win, however, raffle ticket buyers must be in possession of their raffle ticket in order to be entered into the drawing.
