"Theresa is a hardworking mother of five children and never sees a problem that she will not find a solution for. What impresses me most is her 'can do' attitude. Theresa does not use the words 'can’t' or 'won’t' and finds viable solutions to concerns. Theresa has a positive attitude and genuine love for the mission of Friends of NRA program. There is no task too large or too small for her to accomplish.

Theresa worked hard to make the Low Country Friends of NRA Banquet a success. She had the Citadel Pistol Team and a Retired General from the United States Marine Corps come as guest speakers to the event. The Commander of the Citadel Pistol Team speaks very highly of her and what she has done to help their program. She also organized a Foundation Plaque presentation for Palmetto Gun Club, who received a grant for their youth program. A large majority of the silent auction and bucket items donated were from Theresa, and she even obtained a custom knife for the live auction. Theresa also worked all four gun shows in the Low Country area, and did some type of raffle or Wall of Guns activity at each one.

Theresa has great organizational skills and has assisted with every committee in the state. Theresa has been voted unanimously to maintain the Chairperson position of Low Country Friends of NRA as well as run the treasurer table for other South Carolina events. Theresa has also been elected as the Chair for the State Fund Committee by the committee every year for the past five years.

This past year, Theresa assisted five other committees with their treasurer table, and helped three committees run their events. Two of those committees have not had an event in the last three years, and one of them is even a new committee. For one of these committees, Beaufort Friends of NRA, she volunteered to be the Chair for their December 2022 banquet in order to get the committee back up and running."
